PARISTART 5.0

We are starting the new year together for the fifth time! This year, you can create your own individual PARISTART Challenge. To do this, you simply choose which 5 resolutions you want to start January with when you register: you have to keep one resolution for the whole of January and each week there's one more commitment on top.

Sounds complicated? Let's take my PARISTART as an example: I'll do at least 30 minutes of yoga every day throughout January. In week 2 I don't drink any alcohol, in week 3 I don't eat any artificial sugar, in week 4 I walk at least 10,000 steps every day and in week 5 I don't drink any coffee.

How can you take part? Register here and log your resolutions in your WHOOP journal. If you don't have a WHOOP yet, but would like to take part in PARISTART 5.0, I'll give you one for January for free. Or you can gift the PARISTART to someone for Christmas ;-)
