PARISTART 5.0 RESOLUTIONS
- go vegan
- go vegetarian
- Don’t drink any alcohol
- Do yoga every day for at least 15 minutes
- Take 10,000 steps every day
- Take a cold shower every morning
- Drink at least 2 liters of water every day
- Intermittent fasting
- No artificial sugars
- Meditate every day for at least 10 minutes
- Talk to a family member or friend on the phone every day (social contacts)
- Read at least 20 pages in bed every evening
- Take electrolyte supplements every day
- Do sport every morning (at least 15 minutes)
- Include vegetables with every meal
- Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night
- At least one hour of exercise outdoors every day - walking, running or cycling
- Develop a healthy posture - do daily posture corrections and back exercises
- No convenience products/fast food
- Drink unsweetened tea and water only
- Reduce caffeine consumption to 1 cup per day
- Eat a piece of fruit every day
- Write down three things you are grateful for every day before going to bed (log as: Gratitude)
- No cell phones, tablets and computers at least 60 minutes before sleep
- Always go to bed at the same time
- Do not smoke
- Cycle to work every day
- Give someone a compliment every day
- Plan a moment for relaxation every day - be it through meditation, music or a hot bath
- 5 am Club: Get up at 5 every morning (before sunrise)
- Sleep with a sleep mask
- No snacking between meals
- Stretch every day for at least 15 minutes
- Write diary
- No coffee
- Learn a new language for 15 minutes every day (log as: Learn something new)
- Do a Breathwork exercise every day
- It's winter: Take vitamin D
