  1. go vegan
  2. go vegetarian
  3. Don’t drink any alcohol
  4. Do yoga every day for at least 15 minutes
  5. Take 10,000 steps every day
  6. Take a cold shower every morning
  7. Drink at least 2 liters of water every day
  8. Intermittent fasting
  9. No artificial sugars
  10. Meditate every day for at least 10 minutes
  11. Talk to a family member or friend on the phone every day (social contacts)
  12. Read at least 20 pages in bed every evening
  13. Take electrolyte supplements every day
  14. Do sport every morning (at least 15 minutes)
  15. Include vegetables with every meal
  16. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night
  17. At least one hour of exercise outdoors every day - walking, running or cycling
  18. Develop a healthy posture - do daily posture corrections and back exercises
  19. No convenience products/fast food
  20. Drink unsweetened tea and water only
  21. Reduce caffeine consumption to 1 cup per day
  22. Eat a piece of fruit every day
  23. Write down three things you are grateful for every day before going to bed (log as: Gratitude)
  24. No cell phones, tablets and computers at least 60 minutes before sleep
  25. Always go to bed at the same time
  26. Do not smoke
  27. Cycle to work every day
  28. Give someone a compliment every day
  29. Plan a moment for relaxation every day - be it through meditation, music or a hot bath
  30. 5 am Club: Get up at 5 every morning (before sunrise)
  31. Sleep with a sleep mask
  32. No snacking between meals
  33. Stretch every day for at least 15 minutes
  34. Write diary
  35. No coffee
  36. Learn a new language for 15 minutes every day (log as: Learn something new)
  37. Do a Breathwork exercise every day
